Employee of the Month
Ryan is our employee of the month for June. As assistant trainer, Ryan puts countless hours behind the scenes - supporting James in all aspects of training, managing the staff, overseeing the horses, etc. From the daily operation of the yard to the biggest race days of the season, his contribution is invaluable and cannot be understated.
Lucia is our Employee of the month for May. Lucia is one of our travelling head staff and she is extremely hard working, organised and dedicated to her job. Her professionalism at the races is second to none.
George Crossfield won June's Employee of the Month competition. George won for taking on extra responsibilities at the races and going the extra mile when asked.

Our in-house Employee of the Month competition is kindly sponsored by longtime yard supporter Mick Gooderidge of Perry Road Autos. A self-made man, Mick is keen to support our staff and help recognise the extra effort they go to each month to keep the horses running at their best.
Full & Part Time Riders
Experienced riders required for a successful and growing National Hunt & Flat yard on the Hamilton Road
in Newmarket. You must be able to ride to a good level and have previous experience with racehorses.
Come join our friendly team and receive competitive wages, excellent hours, Pool Money
and work a one in three weekend rota, plus one allocated afternoon off every week.
There are opportunities to go racing for those that want to and room for job progression for the right candidates. We do not currently have accommodation available but can help you source some.
Yard Staff
Yard staff required for a successful and growing National Hunt & Flat yard on the Hamilton Road in Newmarket.
